(GTALLC) is a CDL training provider that uses the Pennsylvania Commercial Driver Manual to ensuring compliance with FMCSA and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) State Board Of Private Licensed Schools (PLS), we offer a 160-hour comprehensive ELDT program for commercial motor vehicle drivers. The GTALLC’s main focus is to educate, train and help prepare men and women seeking a new start in life by providing them with the proper instruction in the truck driving industry.

Our Training Programs

We offer an in-depth Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Entry Level Driver Trainings (ELDT), tailored for Class A CDL CMV Tractor Trailer Operator, 53 foot and 28 foot trailers. 

Class A CDL Training Program

Our Class A CDL training Program prepares you to operate a variety of large vehicles such as tractor-trailers, tanker vehicles, livestock carriers, and flatbeds. This license is ideal for those looking to drive long-haul trucks and transport goods over long distances.

Specialized CDL Training (Coming Soon)

This training focuses on specialized areas of the trucking industry. This might include dump truck training, cement mixer training, heavy hauler training, logging truck training, livestock hauling training, and oilfield trucking training.

Auto To Manual Restriction Upgrade

This training focuses on the foundational skills needed to operate a manual transmission vehicle. It covers essential techniques such as clutch control, gear shifting, and understanding the vehicle’s mechanics.

How do I obtain a CDL?

To start training, you will need: confirmation of your work permit, a valid driver’s license (class C), a medical card (Physical DOT card), and a (CDL Class A Learner’s Permit). Training can commence with a license and permit from any state. After passing the DMV exam, we offer third party testing, and within 72 hours, you will receive your CDL, and it will be available to pickup at your nearest DMV Center.

What are the enrollment procedures?

Submit all required documentation to the GTALLC representative.

Participate in a personal interview with the school representative.

Achieve at least a level A2 on the required English assessment test.

Complete the form on our website, and we will provide the school catalog and answer any questions you may have.

Review and sign the student enrollment agreement (student contract).

Pay the full tuition before the first day of class as specified in the enrollment agreement.

What are the requirements for admission?

For admission to the program students must provide the following documentation prior to the first day of class.

Current State Driver’s License v Be at least 18 years of age

Must be 21 years old to drive state-to-state (interstate classification) o Must be 18 years old to drive solely within the license-issuing state (intrastate classification).

Obtain a three-year motor vehicle record (MVR) and Drivers Disclosure Statement. To be reviewed and decided upon by the School Director or his assignee to ensure it meets the current requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

The applicants MVR will be evaluated based on the disqualifications listed in Section 383.51 of the FMCSR’s ($16).

Get a DOT physical exam medical card and negative drug test in accordance with Part 391, Subpart E of the FMCS’s ($140).

How long does it take, and what languages?

The training duration set by the FMCSA is 160 training hours, equivalent to 40 hour weeks on average.

In 90% of states, the exam is conducted in English. However, in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania, the PERMIT test can be taken in other languages, including Spanish, Russian, and Polish.

Classes in our center are conducted in English, Spanish, Russian, Hindu, Arabic, and Georgian.

Study materials for Pre-Trip Inspection are also available in Ukrainian, Georgian, Uzbek, Polish, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, and Turkish.

We offer a job-placement assistance program, through various affiliated companies, that urgently need Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers.
